Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS® Housing Foundation (SCCARHF) is a local nonprofit organization focused on providing funds to help low-income individuals and families become homeowners through our Closing Cost Assistance Grant Program.  We also assist in educating first-time homebuyers about the process of finding and buying a home, and are building relationships with local housing agencies to better coordinate our efforts towards making more local residents homeowners.
